Here’s a quick overview of how we’ll work together:
We will schedule a consultation— this is a chance to meet and get to know one another. I’ll tune into your goals and preferences so that I can begin looking for homes that meet your criteria.
On to financing we go! This is a time to discuss your budget, the pre-approval process, and various loan options. I will connect you to recommended lenders who will work with you on getting pre-approved for a home loan.
Once you’re pre-approved, it’s time to begin the house hunt! From virtual tours to in-person walk-throughs, to going back and taking a second look (yes, that’s totally a thing!), we will search until you find the perfect place to call home.
Next up, I will negotiate an offer, contingencies, and any counteroffers, on your behalf to ensure you get the best deal on your dream home.
Other behind the scenes work on my end— making deposits, attending the home inspection and appraisal, etc., to ensure the process moves along seamlessly.
Once we are clear to close and closing day is here, it’s off to a final walk-through of your new home, I’ll double-triple-check your paperwork, and then, just like that— you’ll get the keys to your home!

We will plan showings and open houses and wait for the offers to flood in.
After the new buyer’s contract is settled, the inspection is finished, and the appraisal is returned, we’ll close---and you’ll be ready to move!
